What shipping options are available? At this time, we can ship orders via UPS, USPS or by customer pickup. Shipping time will depend on what product is purchased as some products will take longer to make.
How are shipping charges calculated? Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of each delivery address, as follows:

Can I ship to multiple addresses? Currently, we do not allow one order to be split into different shipping addresses. You may, however, place individual orders for each address you are shipping to.
How Do I Return An Item? At Grace Embroidery & Quilts, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Unfortunately, as all purchases are customized we can't accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. Shipping charges are not refundable.
